NY-carle place, The BloomNet credit and collections representative will report to the Sr. Manager of BloomNet credit and collections. The main functions of this position will be to provide support, and when appropriate, direct customer contact via telephone, mail, fax and electronic communication regarding past due balances and to assist in collecting these balances in a prompt, expeditious professional manner.
